1. Who processes the data

2. Who this policy applies to
This policy is addressed to website visitors, people who request quotes or information, individual customers and representatives or contact persons of customers and partners.
3. What data we receive
- Through the form: name, phone, message, and your company, email and product category if you fill them in.
- By email, phone or WhatsApp: your contact details, the content of the conversation and the documents you send us for your request.
- For orders: billing and delivery details and information about who represents the company, where applicable.
- For the operation and protection of the website: technical server logs (IP address, time of access, pages requested, browser information).
We do not ask for health data, passwords, copies of identity documents or other sensitive information through the form.
4. Where the data comes from
The data comes mainly from you. If a colleague or partner gives us your professional details for a project, we tell you about the source and use at the first contact. Only share other people's data if you are authorised to do so.

6. How long we keep the data

7. Who may receive the data
Depending on the request, access may be given to authorised staff, the hosting and email provider, our accountants, carriers and partners actually involved in delivery or installation. Lawyers and authorities may receive information where there is a legal basis. Only the data each role needs is shared.

8. Transfers outside the EEA
Data sent through the website and form is hosted in Romania. If you contact us on WhatsApp, the provider of that service may also process data outside the European Economic Area, based on the mechanisms provided by the GDPR (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses). 9. Using WhatsApp
The “Send via WhatsApp” button opens WhatsApp with the details you filled in and your message, including through the URL that is opened. You can use the form, email or phone instead.
10. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest and, at any time, to direct marketing. If you gave consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier processing.
Write to office@modulixindustrial.ro with the subject “Data protection”. We do not automatically ask for a copy of your ID; we may ask for proportionate additional information only if there is reasonable doubt about your identity. We reply without undue delay, normally within one month; for complex requests this may be extended by up to two months, and we tell you why within the first month.
11. Complaints
You can lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP) at www.dataprotection.roor go to the competent court.
12. Required data
We need a name, enough information about the request and a way to reply. In the form the phone number is required and the email is optional. Without this information we may not be able to reply, prepare a quote or arrange delivery.
13. Security and automated decisions
We limit access to data to the people who need it and use an encrypted connection (HTTPS), individual passwords and backups. The form is used to collect requests; we do not take solely automated decisions with legal effects on you.
14. Updates to this policy
We publish the updated version and its date whenever the way we process data changes. For a new purpose we inform you beforehand and, where required, ask for separate consent.
