1. Operator and scope
These terms govern the use of modulixindustrial.ro and the framework for requests sent to MODULIX INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS S.R.L.. Full identification and contact details are on the Legal informationpage. The individual terms of a sale are set out in the quote and the order confirmation, without reducing a consumer's mandatory rights.
2. Use of the website
You may browse the pages and download the documentation to assess products and your own project. You may not use the form for spam, send unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access or do anything that disrupts the website. Using the website does not require you to accept marketing or give up any legal rights.
3. Products and documentation
The range may include sandwich panels, solar panel mounting structures, PVC windows and doors, stone mineral wool, modular containers and accessories. Each configuration is identified by code, dimensions, material, finish, quantity and equipment. Images may show a particular configuration; relevant differences are clarified before ordering.
Technical values relate to the product and variant stated. The Uf value of a PVC profile is not the Uw value of the complete window. Load tables, reaction-to-fire classes, finishes and certificates apply to the documented configuration. The catalogues do not replace the design, structural calculation or specialist checks required for the application.
4. Request, quote and contract
Sending a request does not reserve goods and is not acceptance of an order by MODULIX. Before acceptance we send a quote stating the product, quantity, price, taxes, delivery, payment and applicable conditions, as well as how long the quote is valid.
An order is confirmed once acceptance has been communicated on a durable medium (for example email), under the law and the quote. The automatic message confirming receipt of the form is not a commercial confirmation. We do not unilaterally change a price or specification that has already been accepted.
5. Price
The price is calculated for the requested configuration: model, material, thicknesses, dimensions, finishes, quantity, accessories and services. We state the total price or how it is calculated, plus any additional costs, before any commitment. For consumers, the quote shows the total including applicable taxes and the cost of transport; for businesses, the quote states whether amounts include VAT. Currency, exchange rate, payment method, advance payment and due dates are set out in the commercial document. No charges are applied that were not communicated and accepted.
6. Availability and payment
Availability is checked for each product; a product shown on the website is not automatically in stock. Production or supply lead times and the conditions for starting execution are stated in the quote. Any advance payment is clearly described and is not automatically non-refundable.
7. Transport and receipt
The quote sets out the destination, vehicle access, whether transport is included or separate, unloading, required equipment, the contact person and any installation services. For containers and bulky items, access and handling conditions are confirmed before the contract. Transport does not automatically include installation or crane unloading.
The delivery time is the one agreed. For consumers, unless otherwise agreed, the statutory maximum of 30 days applies. If there is a delay, we tell you and handle the customer's options under the contract and the law.
On receipt, the customer checks the goods and reports visible damage, preferably on the transport document and with photos. Signing for receipt or not having photos does not cancel legal rights regarding defects or non-conformity. For business customers, inspection, notification and risk are set by contract.
8. Content and external links
Commercial reuse of material from the website requires our consent or that of the rights holder. External links lead to services with their own rules. These provisions do not limit MODULIX's legal liability for the information it publishes.
9. Applicable law
Romanian law applies, without removing consumers' mandatory protections. Disputes are settled by the courts with jurisdiction under the law. The version of these terms that applies to an order is the one communicated and accepted when the order was concluded.
